Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater (Spanish-speaking) for remote/virtual work. The role involves reviewing scales, confirming standardized assessment practices, and supporting rater performance, with roughly 10–16 hours per month.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, fluent English with native-level Spanish, and CNS trial experience is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews (e.g., MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CSSRS, CGI).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Experience in CNS trials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all documents and scale items are available.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
