OKTOBER is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency offering an entry-level role into email retention with real ownership from day one and a clear runway into owning client strategy as a more senior Retention Manager.

We operate a remote-first culture, so you can work when you are most productive, just ensure you are online 12–5pm CE(S)T for team and client sync. This is a launchpad to grow into strategy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Dutch copywriting experience with a proven ability to elicit responses.
• Agency background showing client-service exposure.
• First experience with project management and keeping tasks on track.

Responsabilités

• Own copywriting for 5-6 pod accounts based on strategy.
• Maintain project momentum with status updates and approvals.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and partner with Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports for decision-making by Senior RM.
• Identify blockers early to prevent client impact.
