Giftify is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist shopping center staff across Europe. This remote role fits evenings and weekends with flexible hours, using a laptop and headset to resolve technical questions via phone and tickets.

You'll join a growing international team, staying up-to-date with our products and processes, and delivering friendly, effective support while protecting confidential information and aiming for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Available Sundays through Fridays with one day off.
• Prior experience in a support or customer-facing role.
• Proficient with Zendesk and JIRA.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping commitments.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Provide friendly, effective support with a problem-solving mindset.
• Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction whenever possible.
• Follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up to date on new products, tools, and processes.
• Communicate clearly and kindly, even when things get tricky.
