Jobgether is seeking a Content Manager based in Belgium for a partner company. This hands-on leadership role focuses on growing organic visibility across two brands, owning content strategy, editorial planning, production, and optimization from end to end.

You will manage writers, editors, SEO initiatives, CMS operations, and technical SEO work with developers. The position emphasizes long-term growth, multilingual content, and international audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading for American English audience.
• Proven ability to manage writers, briefs, calendars, and publication workflows.
• Knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and internal linking.
• Experience with analytics and SEO tools to diagnose performance issues.
• Experience with CMS and coordinating website publication.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Hands-on execution across researching, writing, editing, optimizing, and publishing.
• Experience with multilingual websites or international audiences is a plus.
• Willingness for a long-term commitment and overlap with US Eastern Time.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar across two websites.
• Manage writers and editors by recruiting talent, briefs, deadlines, and reviews.
• Oversee full content lifecycle from research to publication and optimization.
• Manage website content through the CMS with metadata and CTAs.
• Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, audits, and mapping.
• Coordinate technical SEO with developers: crawls, redirects, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals.
• Manage ethical link-building and digital PR for authoritative coverage.
• Apply E-E-A-T principles to ensure trustworthy, high-quality content.
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate workflows with human oversight.
• Improve conversion paths and customer journeys through content improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to inform content and lead quality.
• Maintain weekly reporting and monthly performance using analytics tools.
• Establish a dependable content operation with clear workflows and standards.
• Conduct a 90-day audit to set baselines and a growth roadmap.
