Septentrio in Leuven is seeking a Digital Content, Search & Engagement Specialist to strengthen our digital marketing presence by creating and optimizing content for website, SEO, AI search visibility, and social media.

You will translate technical topics for audiences, support campaigns and analytics, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure content aligns with business goals and brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• First professional experience in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience creating content for websites, digital campaigns, or social media.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and interest in AI-driven search optimization.
• Experience with CMS platforms is an asset.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, update, and optimize website content with SEO and user experience in mind.
• Improve page structure and content quality with the website owner.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor content performance using analytics and suggest improvements.
• Support personas, audience segmentation, and engagement strategies.
• Contribute to lead nurturing and lead scoring with marketing automation.
• Help analyze campaign performance and optimize audience engagement.
• Support the rollout and maintenance of Brand Hub and marketing assets.
• Coordinate social media content calendar and campaign assets.
• Support paid social campaigns and monitor engagement.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product Management, Market Portfolio Management, and Sales.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across channels.
