Septentrio in Leuven is seeking a Digital Content, Search & Engagement Specialist to strengthen its digital marketing presence. You will create and optimize content for the website, SEO, AI search visibility, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and audience needs.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to translate technical topics into clear content, support campaigns, and drive engagement across digital channels in a fast-growing high-tech

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
First professional experience in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
Experience creating content for websites, digital campaigns, or social media.
Familiarity with SEO principles and an interest in AI-driven search optimization (including AI search, GEO, and AI-assisted content optimization).
Experience with CMS platforms is an asset.
Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or Pardot) is a plus.

Responsabilités

Create, update, and optimize website content with SEO, AI search visibility, and user experience in mind.
Improve page structure, landing pages, and content quality in collaboration with the website owner.
Help ensure website content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
Monitor content performance using digital analytics and recommend improvements based on insights.
Supportthe development of personas, audience segmentation, and engagement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to lead nurturing, lead scoring, and audience engagement flows in collaboration with the marketing automation owner.
Help analyze campaign performance and recommend opportunities to improve audience engagement.
Support the rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Brand Hub.
Contribute to the migration, optimization, and maintenance of marketing assets to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Help keep marketing content organized, up to date, and easy for internal stakeholders to access and use.
Plan and coordinate Septentrio's social media content calendar.
Create engaging social media posts and campaign assets in collaboration with product, event, and marketing teams.
Support paid social media campaigns and monitor engagement to continuously improve performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Market Portfolio Management, and Sales to ensure content supports business objectives and customer needs.
Coordinate with colleagues responsible for websites, marketing automation, events, and digital platforms to deliver a consistent customer experience across all digital channels.
