Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Remote Clinical Sales Associate to maximize the use of the da Vinci Surgical System. You will work with surgical teams to drive case adoption and provide training on system operations and OR integration.

You will develop region-specific plans, support events, and engage hospital staff and KOLs to expand the user base, with up to 70% travel and strong collaboration with the Clinical Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in medical device industry or healthcare sales.
• Proven sales support or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Up to 70% travel and/or field presence.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications for the region.
• Support regional sales and marketing events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent use.
• Drive utilization by working with surgical teams to select appropriate cases.
• Expand user base by engaging hospital staff and KOLs; interaction with senior staff supported by the manager.
• Lead training sessions and help teams understand system operations and OR integration.
• Provide case support and guidance on using the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting of activities and expenses.
