Job summary

RMM Consulting Group seeks a Business Analyst for our client in Brussels. The position is remote, EU-based, with a long-term contract and an attractive rate.

You will translate business requirements into clear documentation, support incident management, and collaborate with international teams using Jira, Confluence, and BPMN/UML. Applicants should have 3+ years in requirements engineering, incident management, and working with cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of incident management, root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years in requirements engineering.
• 3+ years using Wikis and collaborative tools.
• 3+ years with ticketing management systems and/or Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• 5+ years working with international or multicultural teams, preferably in highly regulated environments.
• 2+ years with administrative business processes in large organizations.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• EU citizenship and availability to work remotely from Europe.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Facilitate requirements engineering activities, ensuring business needs are properly captured and documented.
• Maintain documentation using Wikis and collaborative platforms, supporting knowledge sharing across teams.
• Work with ticketing management systems and Agile tools to track issues, requirements, and project activities.
• Analyze and support administrative business processes within large organizations.
• Collaborate with international and multicultural teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Support business process modeling and documentation using BPMN and UML.
