V-IT NV is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in iGrafx and TIM Solutions for a Brussels client. This is a full-remote role with contract duration until year-end, possible extension. You will administer and support iGrafx BPM platform, manage lifecycle, support environments, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate vendor support.

Strong JS, API integrations, and BPM tool experience required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years BPM experience, certification, and able to work independently while

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting BPM platforms and processes.
• Hands-on iGrafx or similar BPM tool experience.
• Experience with workflow automation and API integrations.
• Proficient in system administration and app support.
• Strong business systems analysis and requirement gathering.
• JavaScript development for forms/workflows.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support BPM platform and automation module.
• Manage lifecycle: releases, upgrades, patches, platform updates.
• Support development, test, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate vendor support.
• Manage user access, security, and integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot JavaScript-based workflows.
• Create reports and dashboards for KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors.
