Curewiki is seeking a mission-driven Patient Engagement Manager to own the Belgian and Dutch patient organisation network. You will lead outreach, co-create content, and activate patient organisations behind commercial opportunities, while growing the network across BeNeFra.

You will work independently, write clear content in Dutch, French, and English, and use AI tools to scale engagement while preserving a human touch.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native French, fluent English, and professional Dutch are essential.
• Independent and proactive with strong outreach and relationship skills.
• Experience with patient communities or advocacy is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead outreach and relationship-building with patient associations across BeNeFra.
• Grow and maintain the partner network; train platform users and contribute to product development.
• Own patient engagement for commercial opportunities (panels, surveys, advisory boards).
• Develop campaigns with patient orgs to attract and retain patients on Curewiki, in Dutch and French.
• Ensure messaging is clear, accessible, and maintains patient trust.
