Job summary

Master degree in Industrial Engineering (Electromechanics preferred).
Hands-on mentality and analytical mindset.
Good understanding of analysis tools and methods.
You are driven to achieve objectives with your team.
You communicate effectively with different departments and have English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Discuss test criteria, identify potential problems and define countermeasures with product development.
Execute validation tests: structure, reliability, unit, sound and safety tests.
Deeply evaluate test results and confirm setup criteria are met.
Gather data, visualize results and formalize test reports.
Where applicable validate FEM simulations.
Participate in design review meetings and report status and results.
Escalate status and achievements within the department or to management when needed.
