Allianz seeks an experienced Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead the strategic dialogue with regulators across European and international markets. This senior role focuses on shaping regulation, informing policy decisions, and protecting billions in value through proactive advocacy and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or related field.
• Strong background in regulatory affairs, public policy, or senior advisory roles.
• Understanding of European insurance regulation (Solvency II, IDD, DORA, AI Act).
• Fluent in English; French/Dutch language skills are a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Own the regulatory dialogue: interface to regulators and supervisors at Board, CEO, and C-1 level.
• Drive proactive advocacy: anticipate regulatory developments and shape outcomes early.
• Deliver data-driven impact analysis: assess business effects of regulatory scenarios.
• Bridge knowledge gap: translate digitalization and platform strategies into clear narratives for policy.
• Mobilize cross-functional expertise: distill complex knowledge to regulators with high-caliber feedback.
• Manage reputational capital: maintain visibility across regulatory files and Allianz's credibility.
• Build coalitions: develop networks to amplify Allianz's voice in policy debates.
• Steer governance: define governance for regulatory risk at OE and regional levels.
