The role offers exposure to regulatory reporting, policy drafting, training delivery, and collaboration with regulators and internal stakeholders in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of European and Irish regulatory landscape (UCITS/AIF, ESG, DP, market abuse, AML).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2–4 years in financial services, consulting, banking, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities at management company level.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining compliance policies and regulatory reports.
• Maintain Compliance Universe, Compliance Risk Assessment, and annual Compliance Plan.
