Equals is a next-generation global money movement platform with headquarters in London and teams across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in Belgium to support the Senior Regulatory Compliance Managers and Head of Regulatory Compliance, implementing the regulatory roadmap and owning specific technical areas.

You will draft and implement compliance policies, monitor developments in the regulatory landscape for payment firms, and train stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance within financial services
• Experience drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Familiarity with 3LOD model is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Supporting Senior Regulatory Compliance Managers and Head of Regulatory Compliance in day-to-day execution of the compliance roadmap
• Managing specific regulatory change projects as they arise
• Providing independent 2nd line review and challenge to Equals business units
• Supporting delivery and ownership of items on the Compliance Roadmap/Strategy with deadline adherence
• Providing high quality compliance advice on regulatory matters relevant to Equals
• Developing training material related to Compliance policies
• Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and supervisory themes
• Promoting a culture prioritising good customer and regulatory outcomes
