Qover is seeking a legally trained compliance professional to drive regulatory strategy, FSMA/FCA governance, and corporate compliance. The role is advisory and regulatory, not operational/KYC processing.

Reporting to the General Counsel with a direct line to the CEO, you will help scale the LINC team and ensure compliance architecture across EU and UK regimes while enabling business growth.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent professional qualification.
• Fluent English required; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in compliance within Financial Services, FinTech, or Insurance sectors.
• Strong regulatory understanding of EU/UK regimes (IDD, FSMA, FCA).
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling and compliance software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own and monitor day-to-day compliance governance across internal stakeholders.
• Draft quarterly compliance roadmaps, retrospectives and annual Compliance Report.
• Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate FCA RegData/Connect reporting and FSMA filings.
• Oversee Consumer Duty, POG, and product governance requirements.
• Lead KYC, sanctions screening and SAR investigations as needed.
• Support external audits and compliance monitoring initiatives.
• Provide training to staff on regulatory topics.
