Soudal Group seeks a Regional Finance Coordinator to support international subsidiaries from Turnhout. You will coach local finance teams, drive SAP implementations, and lead efficiency improvements across finance processes, reporting and controlling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Financial Management, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Accountancy or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in audit, controlling, finance management or corporate finance.
• International experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment and taking ownership.
• SAP experience is an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% of the time.
• Temporary or permanent relocation to Slovenia or Italy can be discussed.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, Italian and/or Slovenian is an advantage.
