Cross International, a leader in software services, seeks a Regional Controller for the North EMEA region to oversee Controlling/FP&A for three local operations with ~75 m€ turnover and ~150 headcount. The role includes month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and managing the EMEA financial model for the license business.

The Regional Controller will also supervise a regional project as a Project Manager, working with executive partners and driving changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in Controlling.
• Experience in international groups and mid-size businesses.
• Software/Service business experience is a plus.
• Data-driven with track record in producing reliable data.
• Proficient in Excel and Financial BI tools; supports reporting automation.
• Proven ability to work with executive level partners.
• Energetic and flexible; able to drive changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a major plus.
• Master degree in Finance.

To support its growing / changing environment, the Finance department of our client, a major leader in software services, recruits a Regional Controller for the North EMEA region to cover its operations for a total turnover of 75 m€+, and total headcount of 150 of which 65 in NL.

This position is responsible for all Controlling / FP&A dimensions in the 3 local operations, covering:

1. month-end closing reporting and analysis, and
2. forecasting and Budget. The North EMEA Controller will leverage all accounting month-end data produced by the local accounting organisations.

As an addition to Country Controlling, this position will also supervise the evolution of the EMEA financial model for the license business, maintaining and adjusting the common EMEA financial forecast model used by all Regional Controllers in EMEA. This role offers additional footprint and visibility all over EMEA operations and EMEA managements.

The Regional Controller will aslo be responsable for one project overseeing the EMEA region as a Project Manager.

Profile :

• Min. 15 years experience in Controlling
• Experiences in international groups and mid-size businesses.
• First experience in Software and Service business is a plus.
• A doer profile with track record in producing reliable data
• Proficiency in Excel and Financial BI tools, with the capability to support reporting automation projects
• Proven ability to work with executive level business partners
• Energetics and flexible with capability to drive changes in a fast-paced environment
• English fluent, oral and written. Dutch is a major plus.
