Jobat in Belgium is seeking an energetic recruiter to join its global recruitment division. You will attend presentations and meetings, build a network of customers and candidates, and persuade them to collaborate on recruitment needs.

You will negotiate terms, brief clients, and advise on recruitment strategy, while managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate selection to offers. Participation in job fairs and university events is expected.
