Responsibilities

• Combine reception, administration, tire service and car service in the branch.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding appointments, service and tire purchases, create offers, discuss them with customers and ensure correct invoicing.
• Place orders and process them in the central system.
• Report to the branch manager and support daily operations, including taking over some tasks of the branch manager during absence.
• Advise customers on tires and perform tire service on passenger cars: mounting, balancing, repairing, and alignment of the steering system.
• Receive tires and store them in the warehouse.
• Diagnose vehicles upon arrival; perform maintenance and repairs such as braking and timing belt replacement and alignment, and record the work in coordination with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Preferred: diploma in a technical or administrative field, such as Auto Technology or technical‑commercial.
• Preferred: HEV 2 certification.
• Preferred: Airco certification.
• Reliable, professional, communicative and trustworthy, with an interest in the automotive sector.
• Customer‑friendly, efficient and direct; works accurately, keeps administration up‑to‑date and completes tasks independently.
• Initiative, willingness to take responsibility, reliable support for the branch manager and respect for people, material and safety regulations.
• Proficient with common MS Office applications, open to learning and holds a B driving licence.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from €2,000 to €3,400 per month, depending on experience. Holiday days are taken in accordance with sector agreements and in consultation with the team.
