Elia Group Belgium is seeking a Master Data Manager – Real-Time Grid Supervision & Control to join the Data Operations team. You will ensure high-quality real-time data for the Belgian transmission grid and maintain operational models and interfaces used by control centers.

You will collaborate with field teams and system specialists to guarantee reliable grid operations, data integrity and continuous improvement of data management processes. Fluency in French and Dutch awareness are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or IT-related discipline.
• Interest in power systems, operational technologies and data management.
• Ability to work autonomously and pursue solutions proactively.
• Rigorous, quality-focused with strong standards adherence.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project planning and coordinate with stakeholders to update the operational data environment.
• Maintain and update the operational network model and data based on engineering standards.
• Configure, modify and validate telemetry and status signals within SCADA/EMS.
• Verify electrical characteristics of new assets and components.
• Create and maintain graphical interfaces for control room operators.
• Ensure data, graphics and object parameters are complete and consistent.
• Validate modifications before deployment with field teams and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning and verify asset integration into the operational environment.
• Act as first point of contact for SCADA/EMS issues and assist in incident resolution.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure service continuity and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to process improvement and data quality controls.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation on operational data and models.
• Ensure compliance with standards, quality requirements and security policies.
