Jobat's client, a real estate advisory firm, seeks an investment professional to identify and originate new opportunities in the real estate market, build a portfolio of investors and key stakeholders, and develop financial models and investment memoranda.

You will conduct market research, perform due diligence, and advise on transaction structuring and investment strategies, while collaborating with internal teams to execute deals end-to-end and contribute to the growth of the business unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate investment advisory or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and due diligence skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.
