Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a senior real estate investment advisor to identify opportunities, originate deals, and manage a portfolio of investors within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team.

You will develop financial models, conduct due diligence, and present investment memoranda, collaborating across internal teams to execute transactions.

Fluency in Dutch and French is required; English is an asset.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, real estate or investment advisory.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of business development or deal-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Proactive, ambitious and results-driven personality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual Dutch and French; English is an asset.
