Jobtailor is seeking a Revenue Management Specialist to define and implement pricing strategies for a portfolio of routes. You will monitor performance, analyse revenue and repricing, and influence capacity decisions to align with commercial goals.

The role requires strong data handling and analytical skills, as well as the ability to make quick decisions and work autonomously within a collaborative team environment. Experience with Excel and data visualization tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management within tourism or transport.
• Strong data handling skills, excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness, able to demonstrate an understanding of the company’s economic and commercial drivers and their link to revenue decisions.
• An organised and methodical approach.
• Good communication skills at all management levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team but also to make autonomous decisions in route management.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (database manipulation, formulas, macros).
• Desirable data visualisation skills (Power BI and Tableau/Power).
• Experience with revenue management systems.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the revenue management strategy and optimisation for a dedicated portfolio of routes.
• Monitor daily business performance by analysing revenue, volume and repricing strategies.
• Contribute to schedule decisions, capacity adjustments and sellable capacity by station.
• Ensure optimal use of the Revenue Management System to drive pricing actions.
• Manage promotions and offers to maximise train load factors and reduce distressed inventory.
• Contribute to reporting to ensure KPIs and formats are available for fast decisions.
• Authorise group bookings where applicable and work with the commercial/sales team.
• Participate in revenue management and cross-departmental projects related to revenue growth or process optimisation.
