Job summary

Engibex is seeking a maintenance engineer to analyse MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, and to develop preventive, predictive and RCMA maintenance strategies. You will safeguard process continuity and contribute to tendering and supplier selection for maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
• Fluent Dutch on the floor, good English for reporting and international communication.
• Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
• Experience with RCA, RCM and performance management.
• Analytical and results-driven with strong collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities
