Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking an R&D Test Rig Engineer to join the test center where automatic transmissions, hybrids, and full-electric powertrains are developed and validated. You will operate and enhance test rigs, and drive continuous efficiency improvements across the platform.

The role requires a mechatronics background, knowledge of LabVIEW and CANape, and collaboration with validation and R&D teams to standardize testing processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with strong interest in mechatronic systems.
• Basic knowledge of control theory, structural dynamics, and high-voltage applications is essential.
• Knowledge of automotive testing, sensors, data acquisition, test equipment, and electromechanics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop advanced test rigs for conventional, hybrid, and electric powertrains.
• Improve test rig environment, hardware and software (LabVIEW), with a focus on precision and efficiency.
• Own assigned test rigs, perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
