Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced R&D Operating Manager to lead a cross-functional, agile product development team building the next-generation AI-driven test automation engine for our Eggplant Fusion Engine. You will inspire and mentor engineers, QA, product owners, and designers to execute the roadmap with exceptional software craftsmanship.

You will partner with leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality software in a fast-evolving environment, driving innovation and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with directly relevant experience in management/supervision
Minimum five years of experience managing a software team
Solid knowledge of Agile, Lean, SAFe and XP practices in real projects
Experience integrating AI into the software development lifecycle
Proven mentoring and coaching of direct reports and team growth
Strong understanding of software engineering and architecture with hands-on context
Experience in the test automation ecosystem and delivery
Experience building enterprise-scale software for cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

Lead cross-functional team to deliver the Eggplant Fusion Engine roadmap on time
Act as Scrum Master and agile coach for the team
Motivate and guide the team to design, develop, and deliver software innovations
Mentor and recruit high-performance developers, QA, product owners and UX designers
Collaborate with leadership to surface dependencies and coordinate work
Foster true product ownership and reliable delivery with Product Owner
Build a transparent, communicative team culture across the organization
