Keysight Eggplant seeks an experienced R&D Operating Manager to lead a cross-functional software development team building the next‑generation AI‑driven test automation engine for the Eggplant Fusion Engine. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent with directly relevant management experience.
• Five years of experience managing a team.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Lean, SAFe and XP development practices.
• Experience integrating AI into the software development lifecycle.
• Proven mentoring and coaching of direct reports.
• Sociable, collaborative, proactive, pragmatic and enthusiastic.
• Deep understanding of Software Engineering gained through first‑hand experience.
• Comfortable in status meetings, code reviews, and design discussions.
• Excellent design and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of the test automation ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Lead your cross-functional team to deliver the Eggplant Fusion Engine product roadmap in a timely fashion.
• Act as the team’s scrum master and agile coach.
• Motivate the team’s curiosity and design and deliver product enhancements and new solutions.
• Build a high-performance team through mentoring, performance management, and hiring where needed.
• Coordinate with leadership to surface dependencies and maximize overall success of the Eggplant Core organization.
• Instill true product ownership within the team and maintain accountability.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to underpin a challenging, realistic roadmap and earn stakeholders’ trust.
• Promote transparency and effective communication across the organization.
