Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS processes.
• Experience with non-conformance management, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage findings with effective follow-up.
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances; perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.

Quality & QMS Specialist – Manufacturing

What you'll enjoy

This is a hands‑on role where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of quality systems, coordinate audits and work closely with operations and engineering to improve processes, resolve quality issues and strengthen compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Coordinating internal and external audits, managing findings and ensuring effective follow-up actions.
• Investigating quality issues and non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Managing quality documentation, procedures, work instructions and compliance records.
• Monitoring quality performance, identifying trends and driving process improvements.
• Working closely with production and engineering teams to embed quality standards into daily operations.

You'll be successful if you have:

• Around 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or QMS within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS processes and internal/external audits.
• Experience with non-conformance management, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• A practical, hands‑on approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.
