Job summary

Major Manufacturing, Inc. in Belgium seeks a Quality & QMS Specialist – Manufacturing to lead QMS activities, drive ISO 9001 compliance, and partner with production and engineering to embed quality in daily operations.

This hands-on role offers ownership of quality systems, audit coordination, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement across the site, requiring 5+ years in QA/QMS and a technical degree. Fluent Dutch and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS processes.
• Experience with non-conformance management, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage findings with effective follow-up.
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances; perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Manage quality documentation, procedures and records.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to embed quality in daily operations.
