1KOMMA5° Commercial Solutions GmbH is seeking a Quality Engineer for the Jumet plant in Charleroi, Belgium. The role focuses on linking customer experience, operational control, and documented improvement through quality systems, investigations, and risk management.

The successful candidate will lead root-cause analyses, CAPA processes, and audits, while coaching teams in APQP, SPC, PFMEA, and MSA. Strong English and French communication, and willingness to travel up to 10% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing-quality environments with lean or quality-management systems.
• Proficiency in 8D, APQP, SPC, sampling, process capability, and PFMEA.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer complaints through resolution, root-cause investigation, corrective and preventive action, and feedback that closes the loop.
• Represent the customer perspective, coordinate qualification activity, and communicate quality results and improvement progress.
• Control internal and supplier nonconformities through containment, risk evaluation, and 8D and 5-Why problem solving.
• Administer deviation and waiver requests by assessing risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Plan and carry out product, process, and internal audits, including GQSA, close findings, and assist with ISO audits.
• Maintain local quality-management and IMS aligned with ISO 9001 and PGHV, manage ADONIS documentation, deliver quality training.
• Lead Cost of Poor Quality reduction projects, report KPIs, and drive Lessons Learned.
• Coach teams in APQP, SPC, MSA, capability analysis, and Six Sigma while supporting safety and quality culture.
