Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is seeking a Quality Specialist for its Belgian plant. You will monitor quality on the production floor, document quality registrations and drive improvement projects.

You will develop and implement quality programs, handle complaints, conduct RCA, and prepare audits (FSSC22000, ISO 9001). Strong Dutch and English skills are required; on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree; first QA/QC experience, preferably in production.
• Hands-on on-floor visibility, pragmatic and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus; Dutch & English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain on-floor quality monitoring and registrations.
• Create, integrate, and document quality programs (GEMBA, CBSQ).
• Handle internal and external complaints and corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement improvements.
• Prepare for client, FSSC22000 and ISO 9001 audits and participate in their execution.
• Identify training needs and provide toolbox talks to elevate quality awareness.
