SII Belgium is seeking an Industrial Quality Engineer to support clients by ensuring product and process maturity from development through production. You will act as a key interface between quality, engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring traceability and effectiveness of corrective actions.

You will contribute to development and industrialization phases, analyze production performance data and drive improvements using SQCDP and FMEA, while ensuring compliance with EN9100/ISO9001

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in industrial quality or continuous improvement roles.
• Fluent in French and English; strong knowledge of quality documentation.

Responsabilités

SII Belgium is looking for an Industrial Quality Engineer to support our clients. In this role, you will contribute to product and process maturity throughout development, industrialization, and production, acting as a key interface between quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

As an Industrial Quality Engineer, you will ensure product and process compliance throughout the manufacturing flow, from incoming inspection to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the product flow across all stages, from incoming inspection to production and delivery;
• Contribute to development and industrialization phases, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams;
• Analyze production performance data and implement improvement actions to develop product and process maturity;
• Participate in the review of manufacturing routings, specifications, and other quality-related documents;
• Support engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as SQCDP and FMEA;
• Analyze non-conformities (internal and supplier-related) and lead root cause analysis with cross-functional teams;
• Ensure traceability and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial quality or continuous improvement role;
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, technical drawings, and quality documentation;
• Familiar with problem-solving and root cause analysis methods (Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D, FMEA);
• Knowledge of EN9100 or ISO9001 standards is a plus;
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and organization;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within multidisciplinary teams;
• Fluent in French and English.
