Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Liège area is seeking a Quality Controller to reinforce production quality assurance. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections (including a 3D measuring machine), manage control plans for incoming goods, and maintain a defects list with actions.

You will participate in non-conformity management (8D, 5 Why's), support metrology for overhaul projects, and ensure equipment conformity before shipment through cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a technical orientation (mechanics/electromechanics/electricity).
• 3–5 years' experience in the industrial sector is preferred.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to teach others.
• Intermediate English and French for written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of machining techniques and metrology is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out visual and dimensional controls (including 3D measuring machine).
• Manage control plans for incoming goods and validate Quality.
• Maintain a list of defects, their criticality, and acceptability.
• Participate in non-conformity management (8D, 5 Why's) and root-cause analysis.
