Röchling SE & Co. KG is seeking a Quality Manager in Belgium to lead the quality department and drive product and process excellence.

You will guide the team, ensure shop floor compliance with quality standards, and maintain KPI performance while engaging with audits and external stakeholders. You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with Quality Engineers, inspectors, and EHS to safeguard quality, safety, and well-being, ensuring the management system aligns with IATF 16949, ISO

Qualifications

• Leads quality department and drives continuous improvement across product and process quality.
• Strong focus on aligning quality with safety and environmental standards.
• Facilitates internal and external audits and acts as the primary contact.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Quality team, including Quality Engineers and Final Inspectors.
• Oversee implementation of quality standards on the shop floor and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with EHS to meet KPI targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for OEMs and auditors and safeguard workplace quality and safety.
