• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint – bonus points for PowerPoint, Forms, or automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Support the Quality Department in key initiatives to improve service quality and operational excellence across Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe
• Deep-dive into client feedback data to extract actionable insights and detect emerging trends
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports using tools like Excel and Power BI
• Assist in the design and maintenance of dashboards, visualizations, and performance monitoring tools
• Identify inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and supporting their implementation
• Help improve and maintain quality standards, guidelines, and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality expectations and share best practices
• Support quality-related audits, follow-up actions, and continuous improvement loops
• Contribute to the animation of the quality culture by sharing impactful insights and benchmarks
