MindCapture is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen calibration management, perform quality reviews, and monitor product quality in a regulated healthcare environment. You will review calibration certificates, manage deviations, and contribute to annual quality reviews, with a Master in Engineering or Pharmacy and 3–5 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Fluent in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master in Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid knowledge of GMP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Review calibration certificates and verify conformity with defined specifications.
• Follow up deviations, expired calibrations and related corrective actions.
• Prepare and follow up annual product quality review and continued process verification reports.
• Analyse process data, quality indicators and deviation trends.
• Oversee the monthly completion of logbook reviews within relevant departments.
• Follow up rejected products, packaging materials and raw materials.
