MindCapture is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive Lean initiatives across our healthcare manufacturing site. You will identify opportunities, develop project plans, and deploy continuous improvement programmes to deliver measurable performance gains for the business.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, develop Value Stream Maps and coach teams in problem solving, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping.
• Ability to manage improvement projects from identification through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Ability to assess business impact and prioritise improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
