Ypto NV is seeking a Medior Quality Analyst to oversee end-to-end testing for ATMS/IMS Real Time Operations. You will define test strategies, validate requirements, manage defects, and drive release readiness across multiple projects with a focus on API and database testing, test automation, and telephony testing including Genesys Cloud.

You will join a hybrid team near Brussels, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to improve QA practices and deliver high-quality releases on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology.
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Technical Tester.
• At least 5 years of hands-on API testing experience (REST, SOAP, authentication, error handling).
• At least 5 years of hands-on relational database experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2 onsite days per week (Tue and Thu).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Define and improve test strategies, plans, policies and QA processes.
• Analyze requirements for testability, conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
• Facilitate test readiness reviews, defect triage, Go/No-Go and release quality assessments.
• Manage test environments, data prep and execution across Test/Acceptance/Production.
• Provide quality reporting, KPIs and dashboards and advise on releases and QA improvements.
