Ypto is seeking a testing lead to drive end-to-end testing across multiple projects, shaping test strategies and plans. You will coordinate test environments, data preparation, and defect triage to ensure high-quality releases in a Real Time Operations context.

You will analyze functional and non-functional requirements, facilitate Readiness Reviews, and deliver executive-level quality reporting with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
