Job summary

UCB in Belgium is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Lead to shape the QMS strategy and lifecycle across the organization, reporting to the Head of QMS. You will drive data integrity, risk management, and continuous improvement while aligning with the Patient Value Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.
• Extensive knowledge of Quality Systems in regulated biopharma.
• Strong regulatory awareness for US, Europe, Japan, China.
• Excellent presentation and communication with senior management.
• Ability to work independently in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the QMS strategy aligned with UCB objectives.
• Maintain QMS framework with data integrity and risk management.
• Lead QMS governance and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Support regulatory inspections and CAPA oversight.
• Design training strategies for GxP scope QMS.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management.
