Job summary

DEME is seeking a senior QHSE professional to develop and implement policies and standards across its projects. You will monitor compliance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in QHSE practices.

The role requires expertise in safety management, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic marine environment, including offshore operations. Willingness to work on site internationally is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, safety engineering, or environmental management.
• Experience in dredging, construction, or offshore projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop or contribute to QHSE-S policies and standards and ensure implementation.
• Monitor compliance through audits and inspections and manage corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments and incident investigations and report findings.
• Prepare QHSE-S documentation, KPIs and manage management systems.
