DEME Group seeks a Project QHSE-S Officer to join the site team on offshore projects worldwide. You will maintain and monitor QHSE-S practices, inspect activities and equipment, and ensure procedures are properly implemented to foster a strong safety culture and operational excellence.

You will support the project team, manage QHSE reporting and KPIs, participate in toolbox talks, and lead investigations of incidents and non-conformities while coordinating with management and vessel teams.

Qualifications

• Experience and interest in QHSE and safety, especially in high-risk environments.
• Offshore wind or heavy logistics experience is a plus.
• Valid offshore certification (Full Basic GWO) or willingness to obtain with company support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilités

• Support the project team with all QHSE-related matters.
• Ensure latest versions of PQMP, PHSEMP, ITP, MST, RA are used.
• Handle QHSE reporting, KPIs, and communications with project management and vessel.
• Participate in toolbox talks on board and on site.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformities; engage supervisors and workforce in HSE matters.
