DEME Group is seeking a Project QHSE Engineer - Offshore to safeguard health, safety, environmental and quality standards on our international offshore sites. You will support operations, engage with the workforce and drive improvement initiatives for a safer work culture.

We offer an extensive mobility program, a dedicated training track and a stimulating, innovative workplace with strong emphasis on wellbeing. Fluent English and willingness to travel worldwide are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a QHSE-related field.
• Genuine passion for safety and environmental protection.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English; travel worldwide is required.

Mansioni

• Support project teams with risk assessments, Safety & Environmental audits, and incident investigations.
• Promote a strong QHSE culture on offshore sites through toolbox talks, inductions, coaching and daily engagement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations, industry standards and DEME procedures.
• Contribute to safety campaigns, training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Collect, analyze and report QHSE data to support decision-making and highlight key risks.
• Maintain close communication with the QHSE department and project stakeholders.
