Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor in Meise to lead the QC laboratory, ensuring analyses of gases and raw materials are accurate, timely, and GMP-compliant. You will supervise staff, coordinate QA activities, and work with the Qualified Person to improve methods, equipment, and documentation.

Requirements include a chemistry degree and hands-on lab experience, with strong leadership and multilingual Dutch/French/English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry or a relevant science.
• Experience with laboratory analyses and accurate reporting of results.
• GMP and quality-control experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily QC work, including analyses, equipment checks, results and COAs.
• Supervise laboratory staff, motivate and train the team.
• Develop, implement and validate analytical methods with the Qualified Person.
• Manage calibration, qualification, maintenance and documentation of laboratory equipment.
• Lead internal audits and contribute to client audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, European QC teams and customers.
