Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a QA Supervisor to join the delivery team on a major Antwerp ring road and tunnel project in Belgium. You will supervise quality on site across civil works packages, ensuring inspections, testing and documentation align with contract requirements.

Work involves close collaboration with site engineers, construction managers and subcontractors to deliver a right-first-time project.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a QA/QC supervisor or similar role on civil engineering projects.
Experience with major road, tunnel, bridge or heavy civil works.
Knowledge of ITPs, NCR processes, inspection regimes and quality documentation.
Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management.
Ability to read drawings, specs and standards.
Clear communicator with site teams and client representatives.

Responsibilities

Supervise QA/QC activities across Antwerp ring road and tunnel works.
Implement and maintain the project quality plan and ITPs.
Coordinate site inspections, hold points and witness points with engineers and subcontractors.
Monitor materials testing and verification for concrete and steel works.
Raise and close NCRs and drive corrective actions.
Review subcontractor quality documentation and method statements.
Maintain quality records and as-built documentation for handover.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Report quality performance and trends to project management.
Promote right-first-time quality across site teams.
