Jan De Nul Group seeks a QA/QHSSE professional to lead quality management on site from Aalst headquarters, linking international standards with on-site reality. You will guide projects from tender through completion, coaching teams to raise quality awareness and ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable legislation.

You will base in Aalst with regular travel to project sites, bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach and strong communication skills to drive process

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Several years of experience in quality within the construction industry.
• Fluency in Dutch is a must.
• Systematic with the ability to implement and roll out quality management systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop quality plans and implement management systems on site, aligned with customer requirements and legislation.
• Act as coaching and advisory lead for project teams during prequalification, start-up, and execution phases.
• Conduct site visits and audits to identify deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors and HQ to continuously improve processes.
