Yusen Logistics is looking for a QA Coordinator for our pharma warehouse in Melsele. You will supervise the quality aspects of dispatchers, warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring QA compliance.

Required are English and Dutch proficiency, experience with ISO, GDP, GMP, and strong reporting abilities. You will interact with senior management and lead cross-functional teams while driving CAPA and audits.

We are looking for a QA Coordinator for our pharma warehouse in Melsele.

What does the position entail?

As a QA Coordinator, you will supervise the quality aspect of the activity of dispatchers, employees, warehousemen and drivers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring the adherence to the principles of the Quality Manual
• Managing the quality systems
• Assessing the effectiveness and application of the quality assurance system
• Drafting documents relating to quality assurance
• Managing the flow of incidents and non‑conformities
• Monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Carrying out internal audits and managing external audits
• Managing staff training
• Preparing the annual management review
• Overseeing all the Quality Department’s operational activities and documents
• Managing Change Control
• Recommending changes to working processes

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written proficiency in English & Dutch, any other language is a plus
• Experience in interacting with senior and middle management and working within / leading cross‑functional teams
• Experience in Quality management programs (ISO, GDP, GMP)
• Good knowledge in general business processes
• Very good reporting skills
• Accurate worker who can perform with deadlines
