Yusen Logistics is looking for a QA Coordinator for our pharma warehouse in Melsele. You will supervise the quality aspects of dispatchers, warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring QA compliance.

Required are English and Dutch proficiency, experience with ISO, GDP, GMP, and strong reporting abilities. You will interact with senior management and lead cross-functional teams while driving CAPA and audits.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient in English and Dutch, other languages a plus.
• Experience with senior and middle management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Quality management programs (ISO, GDP, GMP).
• Strong understanding of general business processes.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Accurate and deadline-driven.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to the Quality Manual.
• Manage the quality systems.
• Assess effectiveness of the QA system.
• Draft QA-related documents.
• Manage incidents and non-conformities.
• Monitor CAPA activities.
• Carry out internal audits and support external audits.
• Manage staff training.
• Prepare the annual management review.
• Oversee Quality Department activities and documents.
• Manage Change Control.
• Recommend changes to working processes.
