Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience developing Python applications or automation software.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and production test systems.
• Experience integrating software with hardware and APIs.
• Ability to design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting across software and hardware.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize Python applications for automated production and end-of-line testing
• Create and improve test sequences for camera testing, calibration and validation
• Integrate Python software with cameras, electronic hardware, test equipment, APIs and communication interfaces
• Develop practical test and monitoring tools for production operators, including automated pass/fail evaluation
• Troubleshoot failures across test software, products, fixtures, hardware and system configurations
• Analyse test results and recurring failures to improve test reliability, yield and cycle time
• Support the setup, validation and scaling of production test stations
• Debug and resolve software and test-system issues directly in the production environment
• Maintain clear, modular and reliable production software using Git and structured development practices
• Work closely with Production, Operations, Hardware and R&D teams
• An international environment with short communication lines and room for initiative
