Fmaservices seeks a Punch List Supervisor for a large-scale industrial project. You will lead punch closure across multiple fronts, coordinating field teams, supervisors, and contractor crews to ensure timely completion in line with project milestones.

Minimum 7 years in construction/completions or commissioning is required, with strong leadership and the ability to drive corrective work and closeouts under strict specifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction/completions/commissioning on large industrial projects.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with contractors.
• English proficiency required; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Leading punch closure activities within assigned areas, systems, or disciplines.
• Prioritizing critical punch items in function of mechanical completion, energization, and pre-commissioning milestones.
• Managing supervisors and contractor teams for the execution of corrective works.
• Verifying that punch closure is executed technically correctly and according to project specifications.
• Organizing field walkdowns and consultations with QA/QC, engineering, and completions coordinators.
• Escalating technical, material, or resource issues that threaten the handover.
• Monitoring daily closure performance, backlog, and overdue items and proposing recovery actions.
• Ensuring that closure evidence, redlines, and relevant dossier documents are correctly updated.
